PRIVACY NOTICE
Using your personal information We may ask for your email address should you wish to receive communications regarding the future of South Lanarkshire’s Country Parks.
The information you provide will be added to a mailing list of people who wish to receive communications including progress updates about master planning at the Country Parks. We will not use this information for any other purpose. We will retain your information for as long as the Chatelherault and Calderglen Country Parks Master planning is being implemented or you withdraw your consent for us to process your personal data. Your information will be securely deleted in line with our data retention policy.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to: Confirm we are using personal information about you, detail what that information, to whom we have disclosed your information, and a copy of the information that we have about you (The right of access);
